Doll parts are carved out of several types of woods: The head is carved out of mahogany; front of the body is carved out of pine; back of the body is carved out of mahogany; Arms and hands are carved out of poplar; Thighs are carved out pine; Legs are carved out of mahogany; shoes are carved out of cherry. The bowtie and necktie are carved from Popsicle sticks (poplar) Each doll part is painted with Acrylic paint and Polyurethane. Doll also come with the following accessories a 2’ long x 5” wide hand craft stage (paddle) for the doll to dance on, a stick to put in the doll's back to operate the dolls movement, and a hand craft chair on which the doll can "rest" after a hard day's. Each doll is also autographed by The Carver George Servance, EntertainerJr. and dated.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR DANCING THE DOLL
Place wooden paddle on seat of chair or stool (1). Sit on end of paddle (2) so that other end extends out in front of you. Insert round wooden stick at point (3), and extend the man toward the end of the paddle so that his feet barely touch the paddle. Strike the paddle with your fist at point (4) to the rhythm of some good mountain or bluegrass music. Your dancing doll will dance for you.
